SHIPPING POLICY
OUR SHIPPING DAYS
Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping refers to ground delivery of small parcel orders. Packages under 100lbs which meet certain size requirements qualify as small parcel. Transit time within the continental US is 1 to 5 business days. Order preparation (picking and packing of inventory) is not included in the transit time.
Delays due to weather or other unusual circumstances are not refundable.
It is important to choose Business or Residential delivery correctly. The customer will be held responsible for additional charges if chosen incorrectly.
In order to protect our customers, we reserve to right to ship any order signature required if the conditions of the order warrant it
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at this time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us. The customer must notify us of damaged, defective and/or missing items within three business days of receipt Please email Support@fastnerz.com with any claims.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to returns that are not in brand new, sellable condition (including packaging). A 25% restocking fee will apply to any returns of Jet, Powermatic, or Wilton items over 80 lbs. We do not accept returns of drain cleaning equipment and certain other hazmat items due to health and safety concerns.
